Professional Stick Blender 400W with Variable Speed and Whisk

It's perfect for preparing e.g. ice cream mixes, vegetable soups, purees, sauces, stuffings, mayonnaises, tomato paste, pesto, as well as whipped cream, creams, and omelettes – depending on which attachment is used.

What is the maximum capacity of this hand blender?
The HENDI hand mixer can process up to 60 liters of product at a time, which makes it suitable for professional kitchens to prepare large quantities of soups, sauces or ice cream mixes. For best results, keep the stem fully submerged and take short breaks when working for longer periods of time.
Can the engine be used continuously for a long time?
The 400W motor is designed for professional use, but as with all hand blenders, it is useful to take short breaks during longer periods of operation to avoid overheating. We recommend working in 2-3 minute cycles followed by a short break, especially when mixing thick mixtures.
Are the nozzles dishwasher safe?
The AISI 304 stainless steel nozzles (mixer arm and whisk arm) can be detached from the motor for easy cleaning. We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water to ensure a longer service life. The motor part must never be immersed in water, it must be cleaned with a damp cloth.
What is the difference between a mixing paddle and a whisk?
The mixing arm (400 mm, 2,500-11,000 rpm) is designed for purees, soups, sauces and mixing; the whisk arm (350 mm, 250-1500 rpm) is optimized for whipping whipped cream, eggs, mayonnaise and creams. Simply change the nozzles according to the task.
Is a wall-mounted storage rack included?
Yes, the kit includes a wall-mounted storage rack that keeps the motor and nozzles tidy and easily accessible in the kitchen. This ensures hygienic storage and extends the service life of the device.
