Multipurpose mixing tank with a capacity of 1000 litres, made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The tank is equipped with four wheels for easy maneuvering, a paddle mixer (28-30 rpm) and a motor 0.37kW/0.55kW (50Hz, 230V). Standard equipment includes a ball valve DN50 with bottom outlet, handle and two-piece cover. Connections Tri-Clamp 50.5mm.

What is the difference between AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel?

AISI 316 contains molybdenum (about 2-3%), which provides better resistance to chlorides, acids and salts compared to AISI 304. This makes AISI 316 the preferred choice for products with higher acidity, salt content or longer contact times.

Can the paddle mixer be removed for cleaning?

Yes, the paddle mixer is removable, which allows for thorough cleaning and sanitization of the inside of both the mixer and the container. This feature is important to meet hygiene requirements between batches and when changing different products.

Can a more powerful engine be installed?
