The nominal capacity of the vessel is 20,000 liters. The actual working volume should take into account the air space required during active fermentation, usually 15-20% of the total volume. The total height including insulation and legs is approximately 6100 mm.
Can this board be installed outdoors?
Yes, the IZO20000GHV24 is specially designed for outdoor installation. 100 mm PU foam insulation with cooling and heating envelopes ensures stable fermentation temperatures regardless of external conditions. The stainless steel construction is weather resistant.
What material is used and is it food grade?
The dish is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with BA finish. The inner surface is mirror polished for hygiene and easy cleaning, the outer surface is circular brushed. This food grade material is ideal for beer, cider and wine production.
How does the temperature control system work?
The dish has an integrated cooling jacket (~15 m²) and a heating jacket (~8 m²), both for max 2.5 bar pressure. An electrical panel with automatic temperature control allows for precise control throughout the fermentation and maturation phase, which is essential to ensure consistent product quality.
What equipment is included in the standard set?
Standard equipment includes ø400 mm hatch, DN 100 breathing valve, CIP wash ball, sampling valve DIN 15, closed level indicator, 440×560 mm access hatch, thermal pocket, automatic temperature control and DIN 50 butterfly valves for partial and complete emptying. Adjustable M30 feet allow for plumb installation.
