This CIP (Clean-In-Place) spray ball set is designed for professional automatic cleaning in brewing industry, food industry, and other sectors where internal cleaning of tanks and pipelines is required. The set is suitable for installation in 102mm (4") openings on fermentation tanks or industrial brewing equipment.

Operating Principle

The CIP spray ball operates using the pressure of circulating cleaning solution, which passes through the spray ball creating a powerful rotating spray. This sprays cleaning solution onto all internal surfaces of the tank or pipeline, ensuring thorough cleaning without opening the tank or manual cleaning. The spray ball is installed at the top or side of the tank, creating complete coverage throughout the internal surface. After washing, the same system can be used for rinsing and disinfection.
