Usage: Clean In Place (CIP) is an automatic cleaning system designed for recycling cleaning liquids and solutions at controlled pressure and temperatures. Completely made of stainless steel 18/10 for food applications, mounted on a wheeled chassis for easy movement. This system ensures thorough cleaning of brewing systems and fermenters from organic and inorganic contaminants.
Features: Two 100L tanks (customizable from 100L to 200L), DIN 15 stainless steel valves, stainless steel electrical pump (single phase 230/400V, 1.4HP, flow rate 110L/min), asynchronous motor, electrical resistance with thermostat (0-120°C, 2kW), with trolley for mobility.
Technical data: Dimensions: 1000 x 500 x 1350h mm. Connections: DIN 15 F. Power consumption: 1.4/0.9 kW. Maximum temperature: 110°C. Compatible with alkaline solutions, descaler, sanitizing solutions with peracetic acid.
