The BL-30 Universal is suitable for bottling many liquids, including vegetable oil, wine, fruit juices, vinegar, syrups and other similar non-aggressive liquids. Thanks to the weight-based dosing principle, the device accurately copes with products of different densities and viscosities, making it a versatile choice for small and medium-sized manufacturers.
What package sizes can be used?
The device accepts packages with a volume of 100 ml to 15 L, with a container height of 50-450 mm. It covers standard glass bottles, PET bottles, cans, canisters and bag-in-box packaging, making the BL-30 suitable for a variety of bottling jobs in one job.
How accurate is the dosage?
Weigh-based bottling is one of the most accurate methods because dosing is controlled directly by the weight cell, not volume or time. This ensures a consistent fill weight in all containers, which is especially important to meet labeling requirements and minimize product waste.
What is the productivity?
The BL-30 Universal achieves up to 300 L/h depending on vessel size, fluid viscosity and operator workflow. For smaller bottles, the number of cycles per hour is higher, for larger containers such as 15 L canisters, the cycle is slower, but the accuracy remains the same.
What power is required?
The device works on a standard single-phase 220V 50/60Hz power supply, so no special electrical installation is required. With compact dimensions of 600 x 500 x 1000 mm and a weight of only 20 kg, it can be easily placed on a desktop in a workshop, basement or small production.
