The press is suitable for apples, pears, grapes, berries and other soft and medium-hard fruits. Thanks to gentle pneumatic pressing at a pressure of 2 bar, the fruit structure is preserved and the juice yield is maximum. For harder fruits, preliminary crushing with a grinder is recommended.
What is the actual hourly product?
The nominal productivity is up to 600 kg of fruit per hour, depending on the type of fruit, maturity and pre-treatment. Well-crushed apples can achieve the maximum, while whole or harder fruits require more pressing cycles and slightly reduce permeability.
Is the polyurethane bag food safe?
Yes, the polyurethane bag is made of food-safe material and reinforced with polyester fibers for extra durability. It withstands temperatures up to +70°C and is suitable for long pressing cycles without affecting the taste or safety of the juice.
