      Nutrient (1kg) Nutristart Arom

      Usage: Nutrient for alcoholic fermentation to enhance the aromatic complexity of wines. Based on yeast autolysates, inactive yeast and diammonium phosphate.

      Features: Complete nutrient with organic nitrogen sources. Develops organoleptic complexity (aromas and taste). Glutathione-rich fraction protects aromas in white and rosé wines. Qualified for direct human consumption in Oenology (EU regulation n° 2019/934).

      Technical data: Aspect: beige powder. Humidity: <7%. Provides 14mg/L available nitrogen per 10g/hL dosage. Dosage: 20-60g/hL (200-600ppm). EU maximum: 500g/hL (5000ppm).

      Usage instructions: Dissolve in 10 times its volume of must. Add at first third of alcoholic fermentation. Can be added at once or in multiple smaller additions.

      Storage: Store in dry area at moderate temperature in original unopened packaging. Optimal use: 3 years.

      Packaging: 1kg bags.
