    Usage: For brewing 55L of low alcohol pale ale at home. Ideal for summer or meal accompaniment; suitable for Easy 50 beer system and Easy 50 Conical 60°.

    Properties: Kit components: unground malt (Pilsner, Wheat, Pale Ale), hops (H. Tradition), yeast (US-05 or Nottingham), and recipe. Dry, slightly bitter, low alcohol finish. Fermentation temperature: 16–20°C. Expected alcohol content: 5%.
