    What type of filter sheets does this machine use?

    The EUR 40 filter is designed for standard 40x40cm filter sheets. Up to 40 sheets can be installed at once, choosing the density class according to the desired level of filtration — from coarse clarification to fine final polishing. Sheets of different densities can be combined within the same filter for multi-stage filtration.

    What is the hourly productivity?

    The filter processes up to 650 liters of oil per hour at an operating pressure of 3 bar. The actual throughput depends on the viscosity of the oil, the temperature and the density of the filter sheets used. In fine final polishing, the flow rate is usually lower than in primary polishing.

    Is the filter suitable for contact with foodstuffs?

    Yes. The frame and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel suitable for the food industry. The device is designed for professional use in olive oil mills, fruit oil production and other food industry applications.

    How is flow and product quality controlled during filtration?

    The filter is equipped with inlet and outlet control valves to control the flow, a sight glass to visually monitor the filtered product, air removal valves to remove trapped air, and a sampling valve to check the quality at any time.

    What power supply is required?
