Frequently asked questions about this product
Why does carbonation work best at +4 °C?
CO2 dissolves more readily into cold liquid, so the recommended carbonation temperature of +4 °C helps the gas absorb properly into the beverage.
What bottles can I use with it?
Use pressure-resistant bottles with a neck diameter of 21–29 mm and a minimum height of 210 mm, since the process puts the bottle under CO2 pressure.
Why is it not suitable for beer?
The manufacturer states it is not intended for beer; it is designed for wine and cider at its working level of 2.6 bar CO2 (about 9.9 g/l).
How does the carbonation cycle work?
Fill a pressure-resistant bottle, place it in the device, close the door, turn the device twice to dose the CO2, then remove the carbonated bottle.
