      What can I press with FARM 15?

      FARM 15 is suitable for apples, pears, grape pomace, soft vegetables and for separating beeswax from combs. For harder fruits, pre-crushing significantly increases the yield.

      Is the press food safe?

      Yes. The dish is made of stainless steel, the basket is made of steamed beech wood, and the steel structure is coated with a non-toxic paint that is suitable for home appliance surfaces that come into contact with food.

      How to clean the press after use?

      Rinse stainless steel dishes and beech wood tables with warm water immediately after pressing. Avoid aggressive detergents on wood. Dry thoroughly before storing to prevent mold from forming on the wooden basket.

      How much juice can be obtained from 5 kg of apples?

      Pre-crushed apples can be expected to yield approximately 2.5-3.5 liters of juice per 5kg load, depending on the ripeness of the fruit and the variety. Double pressing increases yield.

      Can the beech basket be replaced?

      Yes. Spare beech baskets and press plates are available for FARM 15. Please contact FERMETECH for compatible spare parts.
