      Usage: The Homebrewing kit 100 is designed for homebrewing enthusiasts looking to brew beer or similar beverages at home. The kit enables both boiling/mixing and fermentation in dedicated stainless steel vessels (pot and tank).

      Properties: Entirely made of heavy stainless steel, the kit includes a 100 litre mixing boiler with stainless steel lid and large, comfortable handles for safety. Included are a 1" stainless steel tap, a professional analogue thermometer for monitoring temperatures, and a dedicated stainless steel lid with knob. The 100 litre fermentation tank is equipped with a 1/2" stainless steel tap, an airlocked lid, and a stainless steel filter for grains (⌀455mm). All components are robust, food-safe and easy to clean.

      Technical data: Boiler dimensions: ⌀530 x h480mm. Fermenter dimensions: ⌀455 x h680mm. Both vessels are made of stainless steel. Total nominal capacity: 100 litres. Taps: Pot - 1" / Tank - 1/2". Analogue thermometer included.

      What can I brew with this kit?

      The kit is designed for home brewing, but is also perfect for producing cider, mead and similar fermented beverages. The 100-liter volume allows you to produce a decent batch in one brewing day.

      Is stainless steel food safe for brewing?

      Yes. The whole set is made of strong stainless steel, which is neutral, chemically stable and widely used in professional breweries. It does not impart off-flavors to wort or beer and is easy to clean and disinfect.

      What is a malt filter for?

      A ⌀455mm stainless steel filter fits inside the fermentation vessel and separates spent malt or hop residues from the liquid. This makes straining the wort easier and allows for cleaner transfer between stages of the brewing process.

      How to clean the kit after brewing?

      Rinse with warm water immediately after use, then wash with a non-abrasive alkaline brew cleaner. Disinfect with a food-safe disinfectant before the next brew. Avoid chlorine-based products to prevent pitting corrosion.

      Can the cooking pot be used on any heat source?

      The stainless steel cooking pot is suitable for a gas burner and an induction cooker of sufficient size. Make sure that the flames do not reach the bottom and that the heat source can withstand a weight of 100 liters when filled safely.
