    Professional filling gun with flowmeter for convenient transfer of food liquids such as beer, wine and milk. Designed for large factories and small businesses, the gun features a practical counter for easy monitoring of litres while pouring. Consists of a display and stainless steel pistol tap, lightweight, resistant to use and abrasion, easy to clean and maintains organoleptic properties of liquids.

    The litre counter has a 20mm diameter hose barb and includes a semi-automatic filling system that constantly monitors liquid quantity, making transfer faster. Display powered by easily replaceable batteries.

    What flow rate ensures an accurate measurement?

    For correct measurement, the flow must be between 15-120 l/min, with an accuracy of ±1% after calibration. Below 15 l/min, the flow meter cannot guarantee accuracy. For best results, use water or low-viscosity food liquids such as beer, wine, or milk.

    Can the kit be used with oils or viscous liquids?

    No. This kit is only intended for low viscosity food liquids such as beer, wine, water and milk (viscosity 2-5.35 cSt). Oils, syrups or other viscous products are not compatible and may damage the flow meter or give false readings.

    Are Bag-in-Box bags included?

    No, Bag-in-Box bags are NOT included. Matching bags must be purchased separately. The kit includes a filling gun with a flow meter and a stainless steel filling/closing plate.

    What materials is it made of and are they food safe?

    Both the filling gun and the Bag-in-Box plate are made of stainless steel, resistant to use and abrasion, easy to clean and retain the organoleptic properties of liquids. The device complies with CE requirements and is suitable for food contact.

    How is the current meter powered and how long do the batteries last?

    The electronic display is powered by 2x1.5V AAA alkaline batteries, which are easy to replace. The battery life is 18-36 months depending on the frequency of use. The operating temperature range is -10°/+50°C.
