Description
CIP washing system 50 with resistance heater 2 tanks
Usage: The CIP washing system 50 automatically cleans internal surfaces of pipes, tanks, fermenters, filters, and related connections in brewing and food equipment—without dismantling. It circulates and recycles cleaning solutions at specific pressures and controlled temperatures for effective removal of organic and inorganic contaminants. The system's mobile stainless steel frame with wheels facilitates movement to different locations.
Properties: Made entirely of food grade stainless steel 18/10, the unit includes two 50 liter tanks (expandable to 100–200L on request), each equipped with a valve at the bottom and another 40mm above for efficient solution flow. The electrical resistance heater (2kW) allows adjustable temperature control up to 120°C with thermostat and probe, improving cleaning efficiency. The system features a single phase stainless steel electrical pump (230/400V ±10% 50Hz, asynchronous, 2 poles, 1.4HP), delivering a high flow rate of 110L/min (6600L/h).
Technical data: Dimensions: 856×400×1160mm (L×D×H). Connections: DIN 15 F. Fittings: DIN 15–32. Pump power: 1,4/0,9kW; resistance heater: 2kW. Temperature range: 0°C to 120°C. Trolley included for mobility. For systems up to Junior 300 extra.

Frequently Asked Questions
What device can the CIP system clean without disassembly?
The system cleans the internal surfaces of piping, tanks, fermentation vessels, filters and all related connections in brewing and food production. Circulating detergent reaches all interior surfaces at controlled pressure and temperature, eliminating the need to disassemble equipment between production cycles.
Can the capacity of the tank be expanded to more than 50 liters?
Yes. The standard configuration includes two 50-liter tanks, but they can be expanded to 100L or 200L according to the order. Contact FERMETECH for custom sizing to suit your manufacturing facility's wash volume needs.
What detergents are compatible with this system?
The system works with standard CIP detergents including alkaline solutions (to remove organic residue), scale removers (for mineral deposits), peracetic acid (for disinfection) and rinse water. Always use detergents recommended by the device manufacturer.
How does temperature control work?
Built-in 2kW electric heater with thermostat and probe provides adjustable temperature control from ambient to 120°C. Higher temperatures greatly improve cleaning efficiency, especially when removing stubborn organic deposits.
Is the system mobile enough to be used in multiple production zones?
Yes. The entire unit is built on a mobile stainless steel frame with wheels, allowing easy relocation between different tanks and production zones. With dimensions of 856×400×1160mm, it fits through standard doorways.
