    The maximum production volume of Easy 50 is 50L per batch. The system includes a 50L motorized mash kettle, a 50L rinsing kettle and a 75L boiling kettle and a 75L stainless steel fermentation vessel. This makes it an ideal pilot system for microbreweries or advanced homebrewers looking to produce quality craft beer in smaller batches.

    What material is Easy 50 made of?

    All vessels and main components are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is a food grade material, ensuring hygiene, corrosion resistance and long service life. The fermenter is equipped with a thick lid for maximum durability and all valves are 3/4" M/M stainless steel.

    How is the system heated?

    Easy 50 uses 3 cast iron gas burners that run on LPG with a power of 5.5kW each. The gravity configuration eliminates the need for additional pumps when transferring between boilers, simplifying operation and reducing energy consumption.

    What accessories are included?

    The system includes a 40-plate brazed heat exchanger, a Novax 20 BEER LOW electric pump with a stainless steel valve, 5 meters of Hot Beer Press hose 20 (-30/+100°C), a Halo grain filter (⌀ 452), a stainless steel beer meter 90, an octagonal Fly Sparge, a sensor nest on all boilers and a stainless steel stand for the fermentation vessel.
