Description
Washing system 200 CIP with resistance heater
Clean In Place is an automatic cleaning system that cleans with cleaning solutions and rinsing liquids using pressure and/or temperature. Fully made of 18/10 stainless steel for food contact, mounted on a wheeled chassis for mobility. This system ensures the cleaning of brewing systems and fermentation vessels from organic and inorganic contaminants. Consists of 3 x 200L tanks.
The CIP cleaning system (Clean-in-place) enables cleaning of internal surfaces of pipes, tanks, equipment, filters and their connections without disassembly. Additionally, the wheeled frame provides maximum mobility for the entire structure.
This system is equipped with an electric heating element that allows regulating the water temperature in the tank containing alkaline solution. This improves the efficiency of the cleaning process.
The CIP cleaning system achieves significant savings on soap, soda, acid and other substances, because once the solution is sent from the first tank to the fermenter being cleaned (blue line), the tank valves can be closed and the recirculation system can be used (green line). The "recovery" tube (brown line) is connected to the end of the descaler and the solution can be reused if needed.
The tanks are equipped with a valve at the bottom and on the front side 40mm from the bottom, the solution is loaded from below and taken from the front to avoid recirculation of residues.
For systems up to Junior 500 extra

Frequently asked questions about this product
What equipment can the CIP 200 clean?
The CIP 200 cleans brewing systems, fermentation vessels, pipes, tanks, heat exchangers, and filters. It is particularly effective for equipment that cannot be easily disassembled.
How does the resistance heater help?
The built-in heater allows the cleaning solution to reach 60-80 degrees Celsius for effective removal of organic deposits like proteins, hop resins, and yeast biofilm. Hot CIP is significantly more effective than cold rinses.
What chemicals should be used?
Standard brewery CIP uses alkaline cleaner for organic soil, acid rinse for mineral deposits, then final sanitiser. All chemicals must be food-grade and compatible with AISI 304/316 stainless steel.
How much solution does the system hold?
The system has 3 x 200L tanks for separate storage of alkaline solution, acid solution, and rinse water. This 600L total supports cleaning equipment up to approximately 500L volume per cycle.
Can one operator manage the CIP cycle?
Yes, the automated system handles the sequence once connected. The wheeled chassis allows easy positioning. One operator connects hoses, selects the program, and the system manages everything automatically.
