      What does the ATEX certificate mean for this executor?

      What bottles can I fill with R6A?

      The standard configuration is suitable for bottles with a maximum entrance diameter of 27mm and a height of 80mm. On order, the filler can be adapted to bottles with a diameter of up to 40 mm or a flat opening and a height of up to 110 mm, offering flexibility for different formats.

      What kind of pneumatic power is required?

      R6A requires at least 3 bar pneumatic supply to operate level control with pump and float. It is recommended to use a clean and dry source of compressed air to ensure reliable operation and to protect pneumatic components from moisture and contaminants.

      Is R6A suitable for hot filling?

      No. R6A is for cold filling only. Hot filling requires a machine of a different configuration with heat-resistant seals and components. Contact FERMETECH for recommendations on hot filling solutions.

      How is the fulfillment level checked?

      The filling level is controlled by a pneumatic float system, which ensures even and accurate filling for all 6 bottles at once. A trogamite level indicator allows for visual inspection, and an adjustable bottle support allows the operator to specify the fill height for each type of bottle.
