Description
Usage: Complete activator for alcoholic fermentation, supplying ammonium salts (phosphate), thiamine and inert wine-making yeasts. Used on white, rosé or red musts in cases of nutrient deficiency.
Features: Provides growth and survival factors (long chain fatty acids, sterols, vitamins), stimulates yeast multiplication, ensures regular and complete alcoholic fermentation, prevents formation of undesirable compounds (H2S, volatile acidity).
Technical data: 10 g/hL provides average 14 mg/L of assimilable nitrogen. Dosage: 20-40 g/hL (maximum legal dose in Europe: 45 g/hL). Add after density loss of about 30 points. Do not mix with active dry yeast.
