    What does the ETI PRO apply to wine bottles?

    It applies PVC shrink capsules to the top of wine bottles. A thermal head with double ventilation closes the PVC capsule rapidly. This gives a clean, professional bottle finish.

    A thermal head with double ventilation heats and shrinks the PVC capsule fast. A rod and thermal closing system seals the capsule onto the neck. Double ventilation speeds the heating cycle.

    How does it position the capsule accurately?

    It uses automatic notch positioning and a special cam system for perfect results. An electronic plateau dispenser feeds capsules from a one-roll station. Together they place each capsule precisely.

    What optional features can be added?

    Options include a hot printer, a cap presence detector and a station for applying a choker. The detector checks that each bottle has its capsule. These extend the machine for finished wine bottling.
