Description
Usage: Chemclean Powder is an effective alkaline cleaner suitable for both hot and cold use. Highly utilized by brewers for deep-cleaning brewing equipment, fermentation tanks, cornelius barrels, and more. This detergent effectively eliminates proteins, stains, carbon, and fatty acids, and works well on stainless steel, soft metals, plastics, and glass.
Features: Same cleaning power as PBW and Craftclean. Works on multiple materials including stainless steel, soft metals, plastics, and glass. Suitable for manual cleaning, circulation cleaning, and soaking. Can be used hot (up to 60°C) or cold. Solution can be reused during cleaning process. Eco-friendly formulation from a trusted industry leader.
Technical data:
Mixing ratio for manual cleaning (scrubbing): 50g per 5 litres of water
Mixing ratio for circulation cleaning: 50g per 20 litres of water
Mixing ratio for soaking: 50g per 20 litres of water
Dosage can be increased up to 5% depending on soiling conditions
Circulation time: 30 minutes at up to 60°C
Soaking time: 4 hours at up to 60°C, or overnight in cold water
Maximum temperature: 60°C
Do not use on Teflon-coated surfacesInstructions for use:
1. Remove as much loose dirt as possible by rinsing equipment and containers before cleaning.
2. For manual cleaning: Dissolve 50g in 5 litres of water. Scrub all surfaces until clean.
3. For circulation cleaning: Use 50g per 20 litres of water. Circulate for 30 minutes at up to 60°C.
4. For soaking: Use 50g per 20 litres of water. Ensure all equipment is fully submerged. Soak for 4 hours at up to 60°C, or overnight in cold water.
5. Rinse equipment thoroughly after cleaning.⚠️ Safety Information: UN 3262 Danger. Contains sodium carbonate & sodium metasilicate pentahydrate. Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May irritate respiratory system. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If swallowed: Call a POISON CENTER/doctor if you feel unwell. Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. If on skin (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If inhaled: Move person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
