    Pump 25W magnetic drive 220-240V

    Usage: Upgrade pump for 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 brewing system. This magnetic driven pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4 and can be retrofitted to the 65L model for enhanced recirculation and transfer performance.

    Features: Barbed connections with 13mm male barbs. Magnetic drive system for reliable operation. Grey Goblin color (Gun Metal Grey). Supplied with fork and ring connectors with insulation sheath for direct electrical connection. Can handle temperatures up to 120°C, allowing operation during boiling without cooling.

    Installation: Requires light electrical terminal rewiring to replace the standard 6 watt pump. Reuse the existing grommet fitting from the 6w pump. Two configuration options available: Standard configuration uses the existing tee splitter and original hosing (direct swap). Alternative "Oli's Hail Mary" configuration requires approximately 165mm of 12mm ID braided hosing and eliminates the tee piece and ball valve.

    Technical data: Voltage: 220-240V at 50-60Hz. Max head: 3.4m. Max flow: 19L/min. Power consumption: 1.1 amp. Extremely efficient operation with continuous run capability at elevated temperatures. Fittings: 13mm male barb connections.

    ⚠️ Safety Information: An electrician must fit a 10A plug if using this pump outside the BrewZilla system. Like all centrifugal pumps, do not run this pump dry as this will cause damage. Ensure proper electrical connections and use personal protective equipment during installation.

    ⚡ Electrical Connection: Motor requires 220-240V/50-60Hz connection. Connection must comply with local electrical regulations. Professional installation recommended.

    Yes, this 25W magnetic drive pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4 and can be retrofitted to the 65L model as a direct upgrade. It provides significantly better recirculation flow compared to the stock pump, improving mash efficiency and wort clarity.

    What connection type does this pump use?

    The pump comes with 13mm male barb connections. You can connect standard silicone brewing hoses directly, or use adapters to convert to other fitting types like duotight or camlock. FERMETECH stocks compatible adapters and hoses.

    Can this pump handle boiling temperatures during whirlpool?

    Yes. Like the 25W BSP version, this pump handles temperatures up to the boiling point of wort, making it suitable for hot-side recirculation, whirlpool, and hop stand applications without needing to cool down first.

    What flow rate should I expect during mash recirculation?

    Maximum flow is 19L/min unrestricted. During mash recirculation, use a valve to throttle the flow to avoid compacting the grain bed. Typical effective flow during mashing is 3-8L/min depending on grain bill and crush quality.

    How do I maintain this pump for long lifespan?

    Never run dry, clean with hot water and alkaline cleaner after each brew, inspect the impeller for grain debris, and store dry. The magnetic drive has no shaft seal to wear out, making it inherently more reliable than mechanical seal pumps.
