    Detergent 5kg Barrique Régénérateur for barrique regeneration

    Usage: Two-component detergent for the regeneration of barriques used for prolonged periods. Completely eliminates tartrates and residues of colouring matter, unclogging pores from all residues.

    Features:

    • Two-component formulation for deep cleaning
    • Effective on white and red wine residues
    • Compatible with automatic washing systems and Venturi tube application
    • Optimal working temperature: 50–60°C

    Directions for Use:

    • Mix both components just before use
    • Fill barrique with 1:10 solution for at least 30 minutes, or use with automatic washers
    • One solution can treat 5–10 barriques depending on scale quantity
    • For barriques with wine storage under 6 months: treats up to 15 barrels

    Technical Data:

    • Packaging: 5kg drum (Component A) + 0,075kg bottle (Component B)

    When does a barrique need regeneration?

    After prolonged use — tartrates, colour residues, and clogged pores require deep cleaning. Recommended every 3–5 years.

    How does the detergent work?

    The two-component formula dissolves tartrates and colour residues and unclogs the barrel pores. Optimal working temperature 50–60°C.

    Can it be used with a Venturi system?

    Yes, compatible with both automatic washers and Venturi tube application.

    What to do after washing?

    After detergent wash, rinse the barrel thoroughly, rinse with citric acid solution (5–10 g/l), then water again.
