    Floating lid kit ⌀480mm air stainless steel

    Usage: Complete air floating lid kit for wine storage tanks, designed for tanks with internal diameters from 490 to 510 mm. Protects wine from oxidation by creating an airtight seal on the liquid surface.

    Features:

    • Stainless steel floating lid ⌀ 480 mm
    • Food-grade air chamber
    • Stainless steel pump with analog manometer
    • Clamps and recovery rope

    • Vent valve with sealings

    Proper use of air floating lids:

    • Always fully fill the tank with wine
    • Place the stainless steel floating lid on the surface of the wine
    • Unscrew the valve on the pump to allow inflation
    • Inflate the tube to approximately 0,7 atm
    • Check that the tube is tight against the inner surface of the tank and close the pump valve
    • Check the air pressure every 15 days

    Warnings: If the tube does not maintain pressure, check for holes, verify the attachment between air chamber and plastic tube, ensure air hose clamps are not loose, confirm the gauge is not broken, and check if the pump valve is functioning properly.
