    What type of bottles is this labeller designed for?

    It applies labels to round bottles and accepts a range of bottle sizes - diameters from about 45 to 115 mm and heights from about 50 to 180 mm. Confirm your bottle falls within this window and run a test on your actual bottle to set the label position before a full run.

    Can it be added to an existing production line?

    Yes. It is built for easy integration into an existing line and comes with a pre-configured electronic control system, so it can be set to apply a single label automatically as bottles pass through rather than requiring a full custom rebuild.

    Can it print batch or date information on the label?

    Optionally, yes - a printer can be integrated to add three-line marking in a 50 x 30 mm area, which lets you print details such as lot or date codes directly during labelling instead of in a separate step.

    It runs on a 220 V supply, so it can be used on a standard single-phase mains connection rather than needing three-phase power. Make sure the circuit can handle the machine's draw and that it is properly earthed.

    What maintenance keeps it running reliably?

    Keep the label path and applicator clean of adhesive build-up, check label alignment at the start of each run, and keep the control settings backed up. Removing glue residue regularly is the main task that prevents misapplied labels over long runs.
