    How does automatic fill level adjustment work?

    The filler uses a float inside the inlet pipe that automatically adjusts the fluid flow. When the bottle reaches the preset fill level, the float stops the flow, ensuring an even volume for all 5 bottles. This eliminates overfilling and reduces product loss during bottling.

    Which bottles are compatible with the filler?

    The filler is designed for bottles from 0.375 to 2 liters, covering standard wine bottles (0.75 L), half bottles (0.375 L), magnums, juice bottles and beer bottles. The universal design fits most glass and PET bottles used in home and small-scale production.

    Is the filler suitable for hot bottling?

    The stainless steel components withstand warm liquid well, which is why the filler is suitable for bottling pasteurized juice at moderate temperatures. In case of very hot bottling, we recommend checking the compatibility of the seals. Wine and beer bottled chilled or at room temperature work optimally in the filler.

    How to clean and maintain the bottle filler?

    Rinse the filler with warm water immediately after use and disinfect with a food-safe cleaning agent before each bottling. Stainless steel surfaces are corrosion resistant and easy to clean. Periodically check the float and nozzles for debris and make sure all seals are intact.
