    What bottles does this cap fit?

    The 48x30.5mm cap is designed for standard cider, sparkling wine and champagne bottles with a neck opening of 17.5-18mm. Always check the dimensions of your bottle neck before ordering to ensure a proper seal.

    What does class B quality mean?

    Class B means good commercial quality - suitable for most sparkling drinks with medium aging (up to 2-3 years). An excellent price-to-seal ratio for producers who do not care about aesthetic appearance.

    Why are there two layers of reinforcement at the top?

    Two natural cork discs at the top are in direct contact with the drink, ensuring neutral taste and chemical stability. The agglomerated body provides the necessary strength to withstand the internal pressure characteristic of sparkling wines and ciders.

    Is CAF 7004 surface treatment necessary?

    CAF 7004 treatment is recommended when pasteurizing bottles after capping. This improves cap removal properties and prevents sticking during heat treatment. For unpasteurized products, standard raw caps also work well.

    Can I order caps with logo printing?

    Yes, logo printing on the cap is available and free from 5000 pieces. For smaller quantities, printing is possible for a setup fee. Contact our team for design requirements and delivery times.
