    How many liters of drink can be carbonated with one 16g cylinder?

    Each 16g CO2 cylinder provides approximately 6g CO2 per liter, so one cylinder can carbonate or bottle approximately 2.5 liters of water or beverage at the usual carbonation level. The exact amount depends on the desired bubble level, liquid temperature and pressure settings.

    Do these cylinders fit SodaStream or other brands?

    These 16g threaded CO2 cylinders are designed for Mini All In One chargers, Premium Regulated Charger Kits and standard whipped cream dispensers with an M10 thread. They are not compatible with SodaStream devices that use separate 60L refillable cylinders with a different connection system.

    How to store cylinders safely?

    Store cylinders in a cool, dry place below 50°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Never puncture or burn cylinders, even when empty, as residual pressure can cause an explosion. Keep out of the reach of children and use protective gloves and safety glasses when handling.

    Is CO2 food grade?

    Yes, these cylinders contain food-grade CO2, suitable for carbonating drinks and making whipped cream. The gas complies with current food safety standards and is safe for direct contact with food when used with compatible equipment.

    Can empty cylinders be recycled?

    Yes, empty 16g CO2 cylinders are steel and can be recycled through normal metal waste disposal. Make sure the cylinder is completely depressurized before discarding. Do not attempt to puncture, open or refill them — take them to your local metal collection point.
