      What products can be dosed with this machine?

      The V-series dispenser is suitable for dry, free-flowing granular and powder products with a particle size of up to 0.5 cm — coffee beans, grains, seeds, nuts, sugar, flour, spices, dried herbs and similar foods. The 38 L container and vibrating dispenser ensure a smooth flow even with sticky particles.

      How accurate is the accuracy class of the M1?

      M1 is a metrologically certified grade for commercial weighing according to OIML R76. In the dosage range of 5-500 g, it ensures a deviation of ±0.5 g, which fully meets EU retail packaging requirements. Each device comes with a calibration certificate.

      Does the machine meet food safety standards?

      Yes. All parts in contact with food are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can be easily disassembled for cleaning. The design complies with the EU Regulation 1935/2004 on materials in contact with food and carries the CE mark for the European market.

      How many packages per minute does it actually produce?

      The maximum performance is 27 weighings/min for small doses (5-50 g). For larger doses of 200-500 g, realistic productivity is 12-18 minutes, depending on the density of the product and the operator's work rhythm. A foot pedal allows synchronization with manual packaging.
