      How do I calibrate this pH meter?

      Immerse the electrode in 6.86 pH buffer solution and adjust the screw on the back until the display reads about 6.9. Calibrating before use is what keeps the readings accurate.

      What does ATC mean for my measurements?

      Automatic Temperature Compensation adjusts the reading for the sample temperature, so you get a more reliable pH value without manually correcting for how warm or cold the liquid is.

      How do I look after the electrode?

      Always rinse it with clean water after measuring and store it with the protective cap on. A dried-out electrode loses accuracy, so it should not be left uncapped.
