    GG PP80 provides 70-80% juice yield depending on the type of fruit, degree of ripeness and pre-treatment. Apples and pears usually reach the upper end of this range, berries and stone fruits may give slightly less. Proper crushing before pressing greatly improves efficiency.

    What fruits and vegetables can be processed?

    The press is suitable for apples, pears, grapes, berries, stone fruits (after removing stones) and vegetables such as carrots and beets. The raw material must first be crushed or ground to the optimum particle size to ensure maximum juice yield.

    How many pressing cycles per hour can the machine do?

    The GG PP80 performs 7-8 full cycles per hour with 100 L crushed mass per cycle, giving a theoretical throughput of 500-700 kg/h depending on the material. The fully automatic system minimizes operator intervention between cycles.

    How to clean and maintain pressed fabrics?

    Pressed fabrics should be rinsed with cold water immediately after use, then washed with warm water and food grade detergent. Acacia wood frames should be cleaned with a brush and thoroughly dried. Regular maintenance extends the life of both fabrics and wooden frames.

    Is the device suitable for contact with food?

    Yes, all food contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel, and acacia wood frames are a traditional approved material for juicing. The device meets hygiene requirements in both small-scale production and industrial juice production.
