      What beverages can be bottled with this device?

      The device is designed for carbonated drinks such as sparkling wines, beer, cider and soft drinks. It fits both glass and PET bottles from 0.35 to 0.65 L, making it an ideal solution for small-scale production.

      What is the actual bottling capacity?

      The system bottles 100-250 bottles per hour depending on bottle size, beverage temperature, CO2 pressure and operator experience. Optimum productivity is achieved with cold drinks (4-8 °C) and a stable CO2 pressure of 2-3 bar.

      How does the principle of isobaric bottling work?

      Isobaric bottling equalizes the pressure of the container and bottle using CO2 before the liquid enters. This prevents foaming and CO2 loss, maintaining carbonation and product quality. A triple valve system controls CO2 injection, liquid bottling and closure in one turn.

      Is the device food safe?

      Yes. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and PP and HDPE plastic suitable for the food industry. Hoses and fittings comply with food contact regulations, ensuring safe use in wine, beer and beverage production.
