    Fermetech's potassium metabisulfite (K₂S₂O₅) is a professional enological preparation that ensures high-quality wine production. This food grade preservative is specifically developed for food industry and wine production needs.

    The product protects wines and wort from oxidation and microbial growth, maintaining their high quality throughout the production process. Potassium metabisulfite also helps control the coagulation of phenolic substances found in grape skins.

    Main Applications and Dosage

    • Wort: 10-30 g/100l
    • Wine clarification and filtration: 2-5 g/100l
    • Storage of sweet filtered wines: 10-15 g/100l

    Instructions for Use

    Dissolve the preparation in a small amount of water and add to the wine or wort being treated. 1 gram of product releases approximately 0.55 g of SO₂. Mix thoroughly for uniform results.
