      What liquids is this filter suitable for?

      The FUC10 is designed for the filtration of juices, oils and wines. Thanks to its stainless steel construction, it meets the hygiene requirements of the food industry and is suitable for processing fruit juices, various cooking oils and wines. The filter is equally suitable for both industrial processes and small production.

      How does the self-cleaning system work?

      The filter uses a semi-automatic self-cleaning system operated by a hand crank. When the crank is turned, the V-profile filter element rotates and the sediments accumulated on the surface are scraped off. Sediment accumulates at the bottom of the filter housing and is discharged through the 25mm cleaning valve — it is not necessary to disassemble the filter for normal cleaning.

      What filter element sizes are available?

      The filter supports elements from 35 to 3000 microns. 100 or 300 micron cells are standard. For finer filtration (35-50 microns), an additional fee applies. The choice of element depends on the liquid and the clarity of the desired end product.

      What are the dimensions of the connections?

      All three valves — inlet, outlet and purge — are 25mm. This standard size simplifies the integration of the filter into existing production lines and the selection of suitable fittings, hoses and pumps.

      How demanding is the filter in maintenance?

      Maintenance is very simple. The two-piece body with a quick-release clip opens in seconds, the V-profile element is removable for thorough cleaning, and the self-cleaning system reduces the need for manual work during operation. Operating costs are low and energy consumption is minimal.
