      What liquids is this filter suitable for?

      KSF-240 K is designed for filtering juices, oils, wines and similar liquids in the food industry. Thanks to its AISI 1.4301 and AISI 1.4435 stainless steel construction, it is food safe and suitable for industrial production of beverages and oils at operating temperatures up to 200°C and pressures up to 16 bar.

      How does the self-cleaning system work?

      The automatic cleaning cylinder scrapes the sediment from the welded stainless steel profile filter element. Sediment accumulates at the bottom of the housing and is discharged through a DN20 purge valve. The process can be started manually from a button or automatically using an optional timer.

      What filtration density can I choose?

      The filter element is available in several densities from 35μm to 3000μm. The choice depends on the application — fine filtration for clarified juices and wines, coarser options for pre-filtration of oils or liquids with a high sediment content. The element is removable and replaceable.

      How much maintenance does the filter need?
