      What throughput and concentration does the Vin Osmo RO 50 reach?

      It processes 50 l/h of feed and produces about 10 l/h of concentrate, up to 30 Brix. That suits small batches of juice, milk or plant extracts. For much larger volumes the 2000 l/h Emro model is the better fit.

      How much does it reduce storage volume?

      Reverse osmosis removes pure water, cutting storage volume by 20-80% depending on the liquid. This means less tank space and lower freezing or shipping cost for the concentrate. The exact reduction depends on the starting Brix.

      What feed conditions does the concentrator need?

      It operates at 80 bar with raw material at +10 to +20 C, and needs a feed pump delivering up to 1,5 bar into the unit. Keeping the feed cold protects aroma during concentration. Confirm your feed pump and chilling before use.

      Which liquids can it concentrate?

      It suits various liquids including fruit juices, milk and plant extracts, with a 4-inch module filter. Examples start from apple juice at 13 Brix, black currant at 15 Brix and blueberry at 14 Brix. The wheels make it mobile between tanks.
