    What bottles is G300 suitable for?

    The G300 threading machine is designed for sparkling wine and cider bottles with a maximum height of 375 mm and a maximum diameter of 112 mm. It fits standard champagne-style bottles used in the production of sparkling wine and cider. For bottles with non-standard shapes, we recommend that you confirm compatibility with our team before renting.

    What compressed air source does the device need?

    The machine requires 3-4 bar working pressure from a standard compressed air source. Most workshop compressors meet this requirement. The compressor is not included in the rental package, so you must provide your own compressed air source at the place of use.

    What is the minimum rental period?

    The minimum rental period is 1 week. Longer rental periods are available upon request. The user manual is included and transport service can be arranged. When renting outside Estonia, a handling fee of and a deposit for the device will be added.

    Is training or operator assistance provided?

    Each rental comes with a detailed instruction manual that allows operators to set up and operate the machine safely. The G300 is designed for ease of use and maintenance. For specific technical questions or on-site guidance, please contact the FERMETECH team before the start of the rental.

    What maintenance is required during the rental?

    The stainless steel construction requires only basic cleaning after use to keep the wire mechanism clean of debris and residue. No complex maintenance is required during the standard lease term. The machine is delivered in working order and must be returned clean.
