    Usage: Professional push-in fitting designed for beer and beverage systems. Features a double O-ring sealing system for superior leak prevention in both gas and liquid applications up to 100 psi.

    Features:

    • Double EPDM O-ring design provides twice the sealing surface compared to standard push-in fittings
    • Allows tighter hose bending radius without leaking
    • Compatible with EVABarrier 4mm ID x 8mm OD and 5mm ID x 8mm OD lines
    • MFL thread (7/16"-20UNF, 1/4 SAE) fits Ball Lock and Pin Lock Disconnects, MKIII and MK4 Regulators
    • No clamps required - push-to-connect design
    • EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance: ozone, oils, acids, alkaline compounds, water, alcohol, ketones, beverages
    • BPA-free, weather-resistant, long-lasting food-grade material

    Technical data: Maximum pressure: 100 psi. Material: EPDM O-rings. Thread: MFL 7/16"-20UNF, 1/4 SAE. Compatible hose sizes: 4mm ID x 8mm OD, 5mm ID x 8mm OD. Not compatible with: 6mm ID x 10mm OD line.

    Warnings: Cut hose end straight (not angled) for complete seal. To remove: push in collet and pull hose out. Do not exceed 100 psi working pressure.

    What advantage does the double O-ring design give over a standard push-in fitting?

    The two EPDM O-rings provide twice the sealing surface of a standard push-in fitting, which improves leak prevention and lets you bend the hose in a tighter radius without it leaking.

    Which hoses is it compatible with, and which not?

    It works with EVABarrier 4 mm ID x 8 mm OD and 5 mm ID x 8 mm OD lines, and it is not compatible with 6 mm ID x 10 mm OD line.

    How do you connect and disconnect the hose correctly?

    Push the hose straight in to connect with no clamps needed, and to remove it push in the collet and pull the hose out; always cut the hose end straight rather than at an angle so it seals completely.

    What is the pressure limit and chemical resistance?

    Do not exceed the 100 psi maximum working pressure; the EPDM seals offer good chemical resistance to ozone, oils, acids, alkaline compounds, water, alcohol, ketones and beverages, and the material is BPA-free.
