      What does the 100-micron (0.1 mm) mesh remove?

      It retains larger particles; the maker notes it is not intended for fine suspended solids, yeasts or very small floating particles.

      Can I get a different mesh density?

      Yes. By custom order the mesh ranges from about 50 microns up to several millimetres, and larger filter sizes are available.

      Does it come with connections?

      No. It is delivered without connections, so you fit it to your system separately.

      How do I keep it filtering well?

      Backflush or clean it regularly so the slots stay clear; stainless steel withstands repeated cleaning.
