An enzyme preparation consisting of β-glucosidase enzymes hydrolyzes glycosidic bonds, releasing monoterpene alcohol compounds and glucose. This process enriches the beer's flavor profile and increases hop utilization efficiency.

- pH range: 3.5-6.5 (also works at pH 3.0 for sour beers)
- Operating temperature: 15-65°C
Instructions for use:
