    What devices is this softener suitable for?

    The HENDI automatic softener is suitable for professional kitchens, coffee makers, combi ovens, dishwashers and ice makers where scale protection is critical. 3/4" connection and 5 L/min flow rate fit most industrial devices.

    How does ion exchange softening work?

    The device uses a resin that exchanges calcium and magnesium ions (causing hardness) with sodium ions. When the resin becomes saturated, the system automatically regenerates itself with salt solution. 4.0L softener tank and 8 kg regeneration tank ensure stable long-term operation.

    How often do you need to add salt?

    The salt consumption is approximately 0.5 kg per regeneration cycle. At 1200 L productivity, salt is added every few weeks.
