    Usage: Professional bench-top volumetric piston filler manufactured by Tenco (Italy), designed for precise dosing of liquid, semi-liquid and viscous products. Suitable for food, beverage, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical applications.

    • 3-way AISI 316L stainless steel pneumatic rotary valve DN25
    • No-drip stainless steel filling nozzle 25/20mm with 2" PTFE clamp gasket and Tri-Clamp
    • 30L AISI 316 stainless steel conical hopper
    • All product-contact parts in AISI 316L stainless steel with food grade gaskets
    • Fully pneumatic operation — no electrical connection required
    • Foot switch for manual or automatic cycle operation
    • Maximum product viscosity approx. 50 000 cPs at room temperature
    • Handles products with soft particulates, fibres and solids
    • Suitable for hot filling up to 90°C

  • Frequently asked questions about this product

    What air supply does this filler require?

    It is fully pneumatic and needs no electrical connection. Provide compressed air at a minimum of 6 bar from a compressor with at least an 80 L tank delivering around 300 l/min (about 1.5 HP); an oil-free compressor is recommended for food use.

    Can it dose products that contain pulp, fibres or soft pieces?

    Yes. It is built for viscous products of up to roughly 50 000 cPs and handles soft particulates, fibres and solids, so it suits jams with chunks, sauces and creams as well as smooth liquids.

    Is it suitable for hot filling?

    Yes, it is suitable for hot filling up to 90 °C, which makes it practical for hot-packing sauces, jams and syrups straight after cooking.

    How is it kept hygienic for food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical use?

    All product-contact parts are AISI 316L stainless steel with food-grade gaskets, and the no-drip nozzle with Tri-Clamp fittings and the rotary valve can be dismantled for thorough cleaning between batches.
