    What do I need to buy before I can start filtering?

    The housing is supplied without filter cartridges, as the filter elements are sold separately. To begin filtering you need to add cartridges in the material and filtration grade suited to your beverage; the housing takes three replaceable cartridges.

    How do I choose the right filtration grade?

    Cartridges are available in different filtration grades. A coarser grade removes larger particles and sediment, while a finer grade gives brighter, more polished clarity. Many producers filter in stages from coarse to fine so the fine cartridge does not clog too quickly.

    What is it compatible with?

    It is designed to work with the Enolmaster filler and connects via a hose with a 25 mm inner diameter, and it also supports pressurised filtration. Check that your pump or filler and hose match these before setting up.

    How do I maintain the filter elements?

    The filter elements are durable, washable and reusable. Rinse them after each session and store them clean; replace any cartridge that has become clogged or discoloured to keep the flow rate and filtration quality consistent.

    It is suitable for filtering wines, liqueurs, syrups and fruit juices. With compact dimensions of about 32 × 30 × 28 cm it is well suited to small producers and home use.
