Vinoferm Aroma Yeast for White and Rosé Wines
Vinoferm Aroma is a high-quality granulated wine yeast specifically developed for making modern fruity white and rosé wines.
Main characteristics
- Ideal for making fresh fruit and berry wines
- Fast fermentation process, especially at lower temperatures
- High resistance to SO2
- Low foaming properties
- Alcohol tolerance up to 15%
- Glycerol production: 4-6 g/l
Technical specifications

- Optimal fermentation temperature: 16-18°C
- Temperature range: 14-22°C

Usage
Dose 15-25 g/hl (approximately 7g per 50l). For rehydration, mix 1 part yeast with 7 parts water and 3 parts must at 35-40°C. Let stand for 15 minutes before adding to must. Ensure temperature difference between yeast and must does not exceed 10°C.
Storage
Store unopened package in a cool and dry place (temperature below 15°C, ideally 4-8°C). Use opened package within 2-3 days.
Suitable grape varieties
Especially suitable for aromatic varieties: Ugni blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, Aligoté, Viognier, Pinot gris, Chenin blanc, Riesling, Semillon.
