    What is this food-grade plastic vat designed to be used for?

    It is an open universal container made from certified food-grade plastic, suited to collecting and holding juice, gathering crushing residues, and pre-fermentation steps in wine, cider and beer making. The neutral material does not affect the taste of what you store in it.
