      It is designed for free-flowing powders and small granular foods such as spices, tea, flour, seeds and grains. The vibration feed handles particles up to the machine's stated maximum size, so very coarse or sticky products may not flow consistently.

      How is dosing accuracy maintained across different products?

      A two-stage vibration motor with an infrared sensor meters product toward the target weight and then trims the final amount. Because bulk density varies between products, recalibrate the fill settings on the control panel whenever you change material.
