    What is the reinforced DN40 mounting plate on this tank for?

    It provides a strong, dedicated fitting point on the tank for attaching a mixing agitator (via a Gr. 37 mixer connector). Reinforcing that area lets the tank carry the load and torque of a motorised mixer without flexing the wall.

    How does the removable mixer give flexibility?

    Because the agitator can be removed, the same tank can run slow gentle blending or faster mixing and then be fully cleared for cleaning. An optional variable-speed mixer lets you tune the speed to the product being processed.

    Which options help with temperature control and sampling?

    A cooling jacket can be added for temperature control, a DN15 level gauge lets you read the contents, and a DN15 sampling valve allows drawing a sample without opening the tank. A bottom DN50 ball valve handles emptying.

    How is the tank kept hygienic and easy to move?

    The interior is mirror-polished for easy cleaning and the tank comes with a dust cover to keep contents protected. Four wheels and an ergonomic handle let one person reposition it within the production area.
