    What grains can be ground with this mill?

    Mockmill-200 is suitable for grinding all common grains: wheat, rye, spelt, barley, oats, corn, rice and buckwheat. You can also grind legumes such as lentils and dry beans and spices. Oily seeds and moist materials should be avoided to protect corundum ceramic grinding stones.

    How fine can the flour be ground?

    The degree of grinding is smoothly adjustable from extra fine baking flour to coarse semolina flour. Simply turn the hopper to set the desired fineness — the closer the stones, the finer the result. This makes the mill suitable for bread flour, wholemeal flour, semolina and flakes.

    What does the rental deposit and handling fee cover?

    When renting to foreign companies outside of Estonia, a handling fee of and a deposit for the device are added. The security deposit covers possible damage, loss or excessive wear and tear during the rental period and is returned when the device is returned in its original condition.

    How to clean and maintain the mill?

    Cleaning is easy: grind a handful of dry rice through a mill to remove any flour residue, then brush the hopper and body. Never use water on grindstones. If used correctly, corundum ceramic stones maintain their performance for decades — no regular maintenance is required.

    Is the casing material food safe?

    Yes. The body is made of ARBOBLEND®, an innovative bio-based plastic based on renewable raw materials, completely food safe and free of harmful substances. Grinding stones are made of corundum ceramic, which is a hygienic and wear-resistant material, used in professional milling industry.
