Frame Press Star 19L

STAINLESS STEEL juice press for small gardens. Suitable for small-scale pressing work. The stainless steel press is easy to maintain and clean, and the stainless steel material lasts long. The properly sized press basket ensures the best juice extraction from crushed apple mass compared to other mechanical presses. The tilting frame allows convenient access to the basket and filling it with crushed pulp.

Operating Principle

The frame press is used for extracting juice from crushed fruits or berries. For pressing, place the crushed pulp in a filter bag and then in the press basket. By turning the handle, pressure is applied to the mass, resulting in juice separation.

Before using the product, add vaseline or food grade oil between the shaft threads.

M50 Crusher

Crushes apples into tiny pieces, resulting in higher juice yield during pressing. The stainless steel crusher has an extra-wide funnel (31cm), which simplifies apple loading (can throw handfuls of apples or pour directly from a bucket). Efficient crushing is ensured by a stainless steel cutting disc that rotates at high speed and is equipped with double cutting blades and upper V-blade. Durable stainless steel lasts long and is easy to clean and maintain.

The crusher is ideal for apples but also crushes larger berry shells (e.g., currants), eliminating the need for time-consuming steaming for juice extraction. Small quantities of rhubarb and carrots can also be crushed. The crusher is equipped with a safety switch that prevents startup when the funnel is removed.
