    How does the machine keep its filling accuracy across the 1-100 g range?

    It uses a two-stage vibration feed: a fast coarse feed brings the dose close to target, then a slow fine feed adds the last grains, which keeps the weight within a tight tolerance even for small doses.

    Which products and particle sizes is it suitable for?

    It is designed for free-flowing powders and granular products such as spice powders, tea leaves and grains, handling particles up to about 10 mm. Very sticky, damp or oily powders may bridge in the hopper and feed less consistently.

    How do I avoid residue build-up and cross-contamination between products?

    The discharge is designed to reduce residue accumulation, but you should still empty and clean the hopper and chute when switching between different materials, especially between strong-smelling spices.

    What settings affect speed versus accuracy?

    You set the target weight and the vibration speed on the control panel. Running the fine-feed stage slower improves accuracy, while a faster feed increases throughput at the cost of some precision.
